Halloween

Here are some photo's from my Stroller Strides class for Halloween. I was a racecar driver and mommy was my pit crew! :)
We carved our pumpkins as a family. My mom and dad thought I would dive in but this was about as messy as it got. I had more fun trying to actually carve the pumpkin like my Daddy was than play with the seeds inside.

Halloween night and I'm all dressed up and ready for candy. I rode my car all around the neighborhood and even on to neighbors porches. It was so cool. I just sat there, smiled, and they put candy in my bucket. I didn't let go of it all night...even when it got so heavy that I had to drag it on the outside of the car next to me.

Everytime I passed the jack-o-lanterns we carved, I would yell out, "pump-kin". It was very cute! I also tried to follow all the trick-or-treaters down our driveway!

Walking Better Now

This video was taken last week, so it's not the latest. But I just wanted to show all of you that he is walking so much better now. I would have to say that it is now his primary method of transportation. He resorts back to crawling when he's tired or uncomfortable in a situation.

My First Haircut

Okay, so I finally took Jackson to get his first REAL haircut. I've trimmed it once before, but it was starting to get a little ridiculous. So, I brought him to my friend, Jamie, who cuts hair. He sat on my lap the whole time and did pretty well. But I think he looks so old now :(

This was taken the next morning...Jackson was proudly showing off his new cut.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to a pumpkin patch called Bates Nut Farm last week for a birthday party. Jackson had so much fun. We started out on a tractor ride, then went through a hay stack maze (which Jackson and Will got very tired on), played in the wagon with friends, and then went through the pumpkin patch to pick out our very own pumpkins! :)

Walking and Driving

Here are some of the latest Jackson videos. He loves his new car. It is really fun to push and ride in. It also gets me ready to walk.

Here are a couple videos of me and my early walking. I am getting better but the first ones are the funniest. I will post some more as soon as I get a little more stable.

My New Moves...

Since my birthday, we have not updated my blog. Mommy and I spent almost a month in Chicago because Grandpa Lewy has been seriously ill. He is still sick but is improving. So this blog is to catch up on somethings I have been up to. Thanks to everyone for all their thoughts, prayers, and good wishes for Stan and our family. Please keep them coming.I already knew this trick. Looking cute!Yep, you guessed it. The dog door ain't just for doggies anymore. I figured this one out and can't be stopped. Not only can I use the their door but I call them Arf Arf, Doggy, Puppy, and I am starting to say both their names now too. Sanford and Anson. While I was in Chicago, Aunt Toby got me an awesome Radio Flyer car. I had to fly home without it, but then some guy in a big brown truck dropped it off at our house. I was so happy I had Will come and check it out. I drive this thing around the house like I am on the Autobahn! Will got the hang of driving it pretty quickly too.I am really starting to love sippy cups and water. Funny thing about this photo is that my sippy cup is RED... I have developed some really funny habits. Like picking up the ceiling fan remote, holding it to my ear, and saying "Hello". It really can be any object. I even answered a call with a piece of pizza crust. I also love to sit in anything. My toys, the dogs' water dish, or basically anything I can scale on to.

Our chair in the living room has become my personal playground. I spend alot of time climbing all over this thing. One day i put on my daddy's old motorcycle helmet. But not for long. My neck is not strong enough yet.

Then one day i tried on my dad's glassed and besided not being able to see straight i thought it was pretty funny. I am practicing that old skill i have. Being CUTE.
Check back in a day or so to learn about my newest accomplishment. I can WALK. Coverage coming soon...

My very own First Birthday Party!!!

Here is my cake! Curious George was the theme.

Blue and Yellow everything. The backyard was awesome.

And you guessed it, A Jumper. Look, it was bigger than our shed!Mommy took me in first; for the safety inspection.

I got used to it and i was really serious about it.

All my friends started to show up and i met up with them in the Jumper.

Then the good stuff started. I was introduced to CAKE!!!

I did not know what to do at first.
But after encouragement and a few first licks...

a run in with the papparazi..., many fist fulls of chocolate
downing a third of the cake myself,
, I ate myself into a cake stupor.

Thanks, Mommy and Daddy. It was a good party! And I still had more presents to open after most of the party ended. I love Birthdays!!!! Can't wait for number 2.
